How we source, review and update answers.

Sourcing

We only cite primary sources: regulator websites, official legislation, operator terms, and reputable industry bodies. We do not link to affiliate review sites.

Review process

1. Question is added to the draft queue with country and category context.
2. An initial short and long answer is generated with a language model and saved in ai_generated.
3. A human editor with knowledge of the relevant jurisdiction checks the answer against the cited sources.
4. If approved, the answer is set to published with the editor's name and a review date.
5. Answers are re-checked quarterly and after any major regulatory change.

AI disclosure

We use AI to draft, not to publish. Every published answer has been reviewed by a named editor. Provenance (model, prompt, generation date) is stored with the document and visible to readers.
